Workplace Accidents

All Texans have the right to feel safe at their workplace.

Workplace accidents are on the rise in Texas, as a recent report released by the Texas Department of Insurance, Division of Workers’ Compensation shows work-related fatalities in the state rose 25 percent in 2019.

Workplace accidents can range in severity from a stubbed toe or paper-cut to traumatic brain injuries, broken bones, severed limbs, and even death. Each workplace is legally required to keep their workers safe by providing a safe work environment, safety training, appropriate safety signage, personal protective equipment, and more. Negligent employers should not be allowed to get away with failing to protect their workers from workplace accidents.

If you or a family member has been injured or killed on the job, do not settle for less than the maximum value for your injuries and suffering.
