Ted was hired by the parents of a 21-year-old passenger who sustained tragic injuries in a motor vehicle accident while traveling on a three-lane road when a 61-year-old driver going in the opposite direction drifted into the lane he and his friend were in. The driver of the vehicle our client’s son was in swerved left in an attempt to avoid the collision when the driver of the other vehicle corrected and hit them head on mostly on the passenger side of the vehicle.
The mother was notified of the collision on her iphone so she and her husband called their son whose phone was answered by the driver who handed the phone to their son. While speaking to his mother a physician’s assistant who came across the scene stopped and had him lay down until EMS arrived and transported him to the hospital.
